Spiritual Formation is about
our journey with God towards
spiritual maturity or Christ-likeness.
It refers to the process
of being transformed by
the Holy Spirit to become
more like our Lord Jesus
Christ. It is about spiritual
growth. As Christians we
are called to make every
effort to cooperate with
the Holy Spirit's transforming
work in our lives and thereby
grow spiritually as God
intends for us.
Living in fast-paced, hectic
and busy Singapore leaves
many of us with very little
time for reflection or prayer.
Without prayer and reflection,
our Christian lives lose
our cutting edge in the
world. In the 21st century,
our pace of life will be
even faster, more hectic
and busier. There is an
even greater need for times
of prayer, solitude, silence
and reflection with God
if we are to live as God's
people and be His light
and salt to the world. |
I want to encourage us to avail
ourselves of the opportunities
for nurturing our inner life with
God and for those suitably gifted,
to be part of the ministry of
nurturing others' relationship
with God.

Objectives
This ministry seeks primarily
to deepen the believer's
awareness of his on-going
relationship with God and
to nurture and strengthen
the spiritual life of our
church members through the
following activities organised
through the year:

and spiritual counselling
