help others, those with
gifts of administration,
and those speaking in different

It is very clear from Scripture
that administration is a spiritual
gift. One of the simplest definitions
of administration is "getting
things done through people".
Our administrative style will
depend upon what we consider administration
to be. If it is nothing more than
paper shuffling, then administration
will always appear non-essential,
uninteresting and un-spiritual.
But on the other hand, if we view
ourselves as being good stewards
for our heavenly Father, we will
approach our task with a dynamic
and spiritual enthusiasm.
The Administration department
is responsible for the following
operational functions of the church:
accounts, information technology,
and facility maintenance. In addition,
we also provide administrative
support to the pastors, ministry
departments, as well as other
ministries and organizations of
the church. These "other
ministries" include the following
areas in which volunteers are
needed:

Our Purpose
The primary function of this ministry
is to serve the members of the
body of Christ, worshippers and
friends of Paya Lebar Methodist
Church. It aims to provide:

Information relating to
church programmes. |

Information relating to
the administration and life
of the church e.g. membership
procedures, pledging procedures,
ministry involvement, etc. |

3. |
Information relating to
church-wide activities and
programmes of church committees,
organisations and ministries. |

Information relating to
local church and external
programmes for training,
equipping, enrichment and
participation. |
|
5. |
Assistance for general enquiries. |
Gift Shop
PLMC Gift Shop is a place where
members and friends can pick up
Christian literature, music CDs,
gifts, and cards right here in
our church. Sermon tapes and CDs
can also be purchased at the Gift
Shop. The purpose of the Gift
Shop is to enable everyone in
the church develop and enhance
their spiritual life through resources
that are made easily obtainable.
Bulletin
Collation
The collation team puts together
the bulletin and inserts for Worship
Services held on Sundays and Festive
Occasions.
